This transition helps you achieve real goals, such as better targeting and clearer data, by providing the infrastructure needed for a larger customer base.
A plan upgrade is a change to your subscription tier that unlocks premium features and higher data limits within the Positive User platform.
Identify locked features: While navigating the app, you may see features that are unavailable on your current tier.
Contact request: Every locked section includes a button to request contact from a Sales representative if you express interest. Go to “Settings” → “Plan&Credits” section and click “Request”.
Consultation: A representative will reach out to assist you in selecting the plan (or add-on) that fits your growth needs.
Immediate activation: Once confirmed, the upgrade is applied and takes effect right away.
There are a few billing mechanics to keep in mind during this transition:
Immediate Application: The upgrade takes effect right away, so you don't have to wait for a new month to use new tools.
Prorated Adjustment: A prorated charge is applied to account for the price difference between your previous subscription and the plan with you add-ons for the remainder of the current period.
Future Billing: You will be charged the full price of the new plan starting with your next regular billing cycle.
