Subscription cycles at Positive User are designed to provide a predictable and synchronized foundation for your marketing automation. By keeping your main plan and all extra features on a single timeline, you can focus on reaching your goals (like better targeting or clearer data) without worrying about multiple confusing invoices.
Subscription cycle is the recurring period between payment dates during which you have access to your chosen plan and its associated features.
Subscription includes both the plan, seats and all the add-ons you included to it.
Monthly: A flexible plan where a fee is charged at each monthly renewal date. This is ideal for teams that need to stay agile.
Yearly: A plan where the full annual fee is charged upfront at each renewal date, often providing better long-term value for established teams.
If automatic renewal is enabled (default setting), the subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of the current period. No action is required from you, and the associated fees will be charged.
If automatic renewal is disabled, the subscription will end when the current period expires.
You can decide to switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription. The changes are made at the next renewal date. The system will bill a full year in advance on the next monthly renewal date. This date becomes the annual renewal date. Same way you can move from annual to monthly subscription.
Synchronized Billing: All your elements including plans, seats, and add-ons share a unique renewal date. If you add new tools mid-year, the cost is prorated so everything stays on the same schedule.
Renewable Items: Your recurring subscription covers your plan, team seats, add-ons, dedicated IPs and credits.
