How to Purchase a Subscription Plan

Choose the right plan for your business, manage your renewal dates, and activate your paid Positive User workspace.

Everything in Positive User starts with a 7-day free trial so your team can explore our tools and test out features. At the end of your trial, you can either request an extension to continue testing or purchase a paid subscription to keep your work moving forward without interruption. To understand how this initial period works, read our guide on “How the Trial Works”.

Step-by-Step

Follow these steps to choose your ideal plan, coordinate with sales, and activate your subscription.

1. Choose Your Subscription Plan

Review the available options on the Positive User pricing page. Plans are organized into two distinct suites depending on your goals:

  • Marketing Suite: Includes “Campaigns” plan, “Marketing Automation” suite, and “Customer Engagement Platform” plan.

  • Data and Activation: Includes “Performance” plan and “Limitless” plan.

You can view the specific features and check the pricing for both monthly and yearly subscriptions to find the best fit for your team.

2. Contact Sales to Build Your Offer

When you are ready to make a decision, reach out to your sales representative. They will help you build your custom offer, unlock higher plans or specific add-ons, and adjust your team seats to match your plan limits perfectly.

3. Review and Accept Your PDF Offer

Your sales representative will generate a tailored subscription offer and send it to you as a PDF. Review the terms, and once you accept the document, you can move forward to add your payment method.

4. Connect Your Credit Card and Activate

You will get the details of payment from the sales representative. Connect your credit card to securely process your subscription through the Stripe system. As soon as the transaction is complete, your chosen plan is activated and ready for your team to use.
