Connect your Positive User workspace with Signitic to automatically import contact segments and streamline your campaign targeting. This helps your team deliver personalized signature campaigns to existing segments without manual list updates.
This integration imports contact segments from Positive User into Signitic as contact lists so your team can target email signature campaigns to specific audiences. It automatically updates changes to segment names and contacts once a day.

Active contact segments in Positive User
Generate an API key for this integration in Positive User workspace. Go to “Workspace Settings” → “API & Integrations” → “Public API” and generate a new API key dedicated for this connection. More info about API keys management in “How to Create and Manage API Keys”.
Copy the name of your Positive User workspace domain. You can copy it right from the URL or from “Workspace Settings” → “API & Integrations” → “Setup & Integrations” section. It’s displayed in top right corner of the page (e.g. example.user.com).
In Signitic panel go to "Settings" → "Connectors", then click "Add Connector" and select "Positive User" from the available options.
Fill the details: insert your Positive User workspace domain information and a dedicated API key.
Signitic starts checking the connection. If the domain or API key is incorrect, Signitic will refuse the connection and ask you to verify your information.
Once the connection is validated, the connector is saved - Signitic starts synchronizing Positive User segments.
To give you complete control, individual contacts within your segments aren't imported automatically until you choose to turn that option on. You can easily adjust this anytime in your connector settings:
Disable: Syncs your Positive User segment names while keeping individual contacts out of Signitic.
Enable: Automatically imports all Positive User segments along with all of their contacts.
Positive User contact segments are imported to Signitic as contact lists. The names stay exactly the same. You can use these segments in campaign targeting rules. You can easily configure your campaigns to display exclusively to external recipients on specific Positive User lists. This empowers you to deliver highly personalized messaging using segments you’ve already created in Positive User.
Signitic maintains your data automatically during background synchronizations. When your team updates or renames contact segments in Positive User, those changes reflect in Signitic, and removed contacts are cleaned up automatically. Credentials are saved securely at the workspace level, and your API key remains encrypted.
An admin can also trigger the import manually at any time right from the synchronisation console.
