Connecting your marketing tools keeps contact details accurate across all platforms without manual effort. By linking Positive User with Make.com (formerly Integromat), your team can build visual workflows that automatically transfer data between your workspace and external software.
Whether you want to send new signups from form builders into your database or sync offline sales spreadsheets, Make.com connects your platforms so information moves automatically behind the scenes.
The Make.com integration for Positive User includes pre-built modules for major features across your workspace:
Triggers: Automatically start a workflow when new events happen in Positive User, such as a new contact registering, a new deal being created, or a task being assigned.
Actions: Update contact records, create companies or deals, create support tickets, send custom events, add contacts to lists, and apply tags.
Searches: Find existing contacts by email, phone number, or custom ID to prevent duplicate records.
Custom API Calls: Make direct API requests to any Positive User REST API endpoint using your authorized credentials when a pre-built module is not available.
