Every successful campaign relies on clear visuals, and every great customer interaction depends on quick access to the right resources. The media library keeps all your images, documents, and videos in one central place. It brings together your marketing graphics and every file shared across your customer conversations, so your team never has to hunt through personal desktops or chat threads for the right asset.
Whether you are creating an email newsletter, designing a landing page, or sharing a product guide with a contact, everything you need is organized and ready to use. This saves your team time, keeps your branding consistent, and ensures your customer communication stays smooth.
The "Media Library" is the central file management hub in Positive User. It stores all the visual assets for your marketing content (such as emails, landing pages, and pop-ups) as well as the attachments and materials exchanged with contacts in "Conversations".
To open your library, go to "Studio" β "Media Library" in the left-hand menu. You can monitor your workspace storage at any time using the counter in the top-right corner.
Find files faster: Keep all campaign visuals, screenshots, and documents in one searchable location so your team never loses track of an asset.
Keep customer communication consistent: Give your team access to the same materials for both outbound marketing campaigns and direct customer conversations.
Separate uploads from chat files: Use custom folders to easily organize the graphics your team uploads by hand apart from the attachments that arrive automatically through chats.
Maintain a tidy workspace: Review all incoming and uploaded files in one view so you can easily manage storage and remove outdated content.
To open your files, go to "Studio" β "Media Library".
"My Media" brings together files from two everyday sources:
Team uploads: Files your team uploads for marketing content such as email campaigns, landing pages, and pop-ups.
Automated conversation files: Screenshots, guides, and documents shared during direct chats and support threads with contacts in "Conversations".
Because files from customer chats arrive in "My Media" automatically, you can create custom folders to keep everything structured. Putting your marketing assets into dedicated folders makes it easy to differentiate your curated campaign materials from everyday chat attachments.
"Smart Media" holds your official brand assets, organized into ready-made "Logos" and "Images" folders. Keeping brand essentials here protects them from everyday clutter and ensures your team uses the correct logos.
Switch between "List View" to see file sizes, upload dates, and direct links, or "Grid View" for large visual thumbnails. In "Grid View", click the β icon on any tile to check creation and modification dates.
Click the search icon to look for any file by entering part of its name.
Click "New Media" at the top of the screen.
Drag and drop your files into the upload window, or click "Browse" to select multiple files from your computer.
In "My Media", choose an existing folder or click "+ New Folder" to organize your assets immediately.
Click "Confirm" to complete the upload.

Email and landing page assets: Store official logos in "Smart Media" and organize seasonal graphics into dedicated folders in "My Media". Team members can copy public links directly into email templates and landing pages, ensuring approved branding across every campaign.
Resource sharing in customer chats: Access materials, product guides, and screenshots previously shared in "Conversations" directly from "My Media". Team members can quickly find verified materials and share links with contacts without uploading duplicate files.
If a file is currently used in an active email, landing page, or message, its link stops working immediately once the file is deleted. Always confirm where a file is displayed before removing it.
