Deciding to move on is never easy, but we want to make sure your transition is as clear and smooth as possible. Understanding how your subscription ends is vital for budgeting and ensuring your marketing automation efforts aren't interrupted unexpectedly.
Whether you are pivoting your strategy or simply taking a break, knowing the mechanics of your Positive User agreement helps you maintain better control over your data and financial planning.
Canceling a subscription specifically refers to disabling auto-renewal. It simply ensures you are not billed for the next cycle while keeping your current tools active until the end of your prepaid term.
Example Scenario: if your monthly subscription is set to renew on June 1st and you disable auto-renewal on May 20th, you will still have full access to all automations and campaigns until May 31st.
Identify your next renewal date.
Contact the CSM (Customer Success Manager) or Sales representative.
Request to disable auto-renewal.
Because our team handles these requests personally to ensure your data is secure, we require a head start:
Annual Subscriptions: You must contact us at least 7 calendar days before the renewal date.
Monthly Subscriptions: You must contact us at least 3 business days before the renewal date.
If a request to disable auto-renewal is sent after the deadline (e.g., 2 days before a monthly renewal instead of 3), the system will process the renewal for the next period.
