This method is best when you only need to add a few new items or make quick changes without preparing a spreadsheet. Add products to your workspace manually directly from the “Products” section.
Go to “Data” → “Products” section.
Click “Add products” button in top right corner → Choose “Add a single product” option from the list.
Fill in the product details and click the “Confirm” button.

While Positive User supports several methods to create and update your products, it does not automatically delete outdated products. To maintain an accurate database, you must manually remove discontinued items using the "Delete products" option in the “Manage” menu or via the REST API.
