Deleting contacts in Positive User allows you to clear out outdated or irrelevant information from your database. By removing "anonymous contacts" without email addresses or contacts who no longer interact with your brand, you ensure your campaigns are targeted and your workspace remains organized. Apply this method to remove a specific segment of contacts based on their attributes or behavior.
Go to “Data” → “Contacts” section.
Filter out the contacts or mark them manually.
Go with “Manage” → “Delete contacts” option.
Confirm your action.
This method is suitable when you are already viewing a specific contact profile.
Access contact profile.
Find the “trash bin” icon in top right corner of the profile.
Click on the icon and confirm the action. There is no “undo” option for deleted elements.
